Working Together

How projects are scoped and priced

Pricing is structured to keep risk low on both sides.

  • Fixed-price scope. For well-defined work, you get a single price for an agreed deliverable. If the goal is clear, this is usually the best fit.
  • Phased delivery. For larger or evolving projects, the work is split into phases, each with its own scope and price. You can review and adjust between phases rather than committing to everything up front.

Either way, the scope is written down before work starts, and changes are handled openly rather than quietly inflating the bill. The aim is that you can always answer two questions: what am I paying, and what am I getting.
