Working Together

How to start a project

Starting a project is intentionally low-friction:

  1. Reach out. Send a short description of what you are trying to build or fix. See contact and availability.
  2. Discovery. A focused conversation to understand the goal, the constraints and what success looks like.
  3. Scope and quote. You get a written scope and a clear price, so there are no surprises.
  4. Build and review. Work proceeds in visible increments with regular check-ins, not a black box that emerges months later.

Smaller tools can ship in days; larger systems are broken into phases so you see value early. For how that breakdown works, see how projects are scoped.
